The Guild of British Coach Operators have a thriving training sector and our annual Training Seminar; saw our Training Managers gather to share best practice and discuss the latest development in training of their staff.
The seminar was hosted by our training partners, The Association of Trainers (ASOT) led by CEO Ross Lockett.
Guild Administrator Steve Whiteway said “We meet every year for what is always an interesting and productive day. Guild members put great emphasis on training, especially of our driving teams, but also Engineers and Operations, for which we hold separate seminars in a similar vein. Guild members aim to make training enjoyable and an aid to day-to-day customer service and efficiency. These seminars, ably led by Ross Lockett, demonstrate the Guild’s total commitment to quality”.
