Tom James, managing director of York Pullman, said: “As our company has grown, we have always aspired to provide the highest quality standards in whatever job we have done. We are delighted to have had our operational standards accredited by the Guild and we are looking forward to taking part in The Guild’s commitment to, and promotion of, like-minded service providers who are equally dedicated to meeting and providing these high quality standards”.
Now in its 32nd year, the Guild promotes and markets the services of its members, all of whom commit to meeting the highest quality standards, assured by regular independent audits. Prospective members have to achieve a 100% pass before being accepted into the Guild.
