Speaking on receipt of the Awards Managing Director Kathy Tilbury Said "I am really delighted that we have won, again this year it shows that not only are we the best of the best for one year - we have maintained such high standards for three years no other operator in our industry has achieved this. The team at Excelsior have worked extremely hard to achieve this and  across all aspects of the business our stanards are very high and we can demonstrate we can maintain this. It shows that their efforts have paid off - I am really proud at our achievement.

Excelsior is widely known for its quality and this includes its operations for National Express, which has also presented the firm with a number of awards in recent years. The judges were once again impressed by the company's professionalism and determination to remain among the market leaders, even in difficult trading conditions.
