Award for her exceptional service and customer care skills
Angie Sampson first joined the industry in 1991 and has been with us as a Tour Manager for three years. This involves pre-planning tours, designing and publishing itineraries and liaison with the driver. Angie is responsible for ensuring the tour is fully researched and for passing the information on to passengers. She liaises with hotels and venues and is responsible for passenger welfare during the tour. Angie is cool, calm, efficient, caring and friendly - an excellent ambassador for our company - who has never scored less than 10 in our customer assessments.
The judges were unanimous in agreeing that Angie merited this award for her exceptional service and customer care skills, which clearly make her an invaluable member of the Epsom team.
