Our Guernsey Tour was due to return on Friday 13th September! Now we are not superstitious but when we received a call to tell us that all flights had been cancelled due to fog in the Channel Islands we did begin to wonder!
After securing flight seats for the group to travel the next day we quickly arranged for them to return to the hotel they had just checked out of.
In the event of travel disruption due to fog guests should settle their own hotel bill and claim the money back from their travel insurers. Epsom Coaches came to the rescue and paid for the extra night ensuring our clients had a stress free comfortable night.
The group arrived back in Epsom 33 hours later than originally planned but everyone was smiling and happy.
