Johnsons Coach Travel launch Summer 2016 Day Excursions Brochure
To celebrate the launch of their Summer 2016 Day Excursions Brochure, Johnsons Coach Travel took over 400 clients, and their sister company Whittles Coaches took 100 clients to the World of Wedgwood and Trentham Shopping Village on the 5th, 6th and 7th April 2016 for a "potty" day out.
The event gave Johnsons an opportunity to meet their customers face to face and treat them to a fantastic day out at these new visitor attractions
Johnsons' new Summer Excursions brochure features 185 great days out with 65 NEW destinations; and by showcasing the variety and value for money offered, Johnsons were able to promote their new brochure in a new and exciting way.
Whittles' new 2016 Days Out brochure features 125 excursions across 11 different themes so there truly is something for everyone. There are also 30 NEW destinations including the Royal Mint, Chavenge House and Lake Vyrnwy.
Clients were welcomed to the World of Wedgwood with a Danish pastry and coffee, then John Johnson presented the new programme in the form of a fun and interactive quiz which kept everyone entertained, whilst also telling clients about the fantastic venues and attractions to visit in 2016, with prizes too!
There was also a charity raffle, in aid Johnsons' Charity of the year, The Shakespeare Hospice - and a total of £758 was raised.
Clients were then free to explore the varied attractions including the Factory Outlet, the Museum Shop and the Design Studio. This was followed by a visit to Nearby Trentham Estate, where customers were free to browse the shops or visit the wonderful Gardens.
John Johnson, Commercial Director for both companies said: "These were great events it's always great to meet our clients face to face and explain the new excursions we have planned for the summer and hear their feedback and comments. We would like to say a big thank you to the staff at both the World of Wedgwood and Trentham Shopping Village for supporting our event. A great day was had by all."
