08/02/2013 - Awards beckon For The Mayne Team
Everyone involved with our company have been given some good news this week. Maynes Coaches as well as two members of our driving team, Stuart Alford and Sandy Watson Have been selected to go forward to the Finals in the competition for this year's UK Coac
The purpose of the awards is to identify excellence and best practise in coach operations and coach tourism. We are very proud of the fact that our company and driving team have been nominated for this award by our customers and peers. The full list of finalists for the awards will be published this week, with a formal announcement at the Great Days Out Fair on Saturday 9 February at Event City, Trafford Centre, Manchester The next stage of the judging will take place between now and the ceremony, but no further announcements will be made until the ceremony itself. This will take place at a dinner in the Stateroom at Alton Towers Resort on Saturday 20 April as part of the UK Coach Rally and Awards weekend. This glittering event will once again be hosted by BBC weather lady Carol Kirkwood.
