Acquisition of the very well-known North Wales coach holiday operation
Alpine Travel is delighted to announce the acquisition of the very well-known North Wales coach holiday operation of Silver Star Holidays or Gwyliau Seren Arian as we say in these parts.
Alpine MD Chris Owens said "We have been negotiating for the acquisition of this business since early April of this year and it was with great pride and joy that were able to complete the take-over in readiness for the National Eisteddfod in Llanelli which is the largest of Welsh cultural gatherings and one of the most important showcases for Welsh culture in the annual calendar. This is a wonderful opportunity and a good fit for our business".
