Members of The Guild of British Coach Operators are independently audited to maintain the highest possible standards. This covers all aspects of their services, from the booking through to the journey itself.
The unprecedented demand for coach services through the summer of 2023, has seen an increasing number of groups approaching Guild members, who have been let down at the last minute by their chosen coach operator who are not members of the Guild.
Steve Whiteway, the Guilds Administrator commented “Whilst our members will always endeavour to assist groups who have been let down by their chosen coach operator, this is not always possible. Guild members guarantee to operate the services booked, so clients of Guild members can be sure they will get the services they book. We advise to book as early as possible, to be certain of availability from our members, who once booked, can be sure their journey will operate as contracted”.
