Quality Line – Judged the Best Medium sized Bus Operator in the UK.
Quality Line, the bus operating division of Epsom Coaches Group, providing bus services in south London and Surrey, has been independently judged to be the best medium sized bus operator in the United Kingdom. At an award ceremony hosted by industry leading publication RouteOne and attended by almost 800 senior members of the bus and coach industry, Bus Services Manager, Jonathan Ball and Managing Director Steve Whiteway collected the award on behalf of the Company. A delighted Steve Whiteway commented, “this is a great tribute to Jon and his team of managers, controllers and especially our superb drivers, to be recognised as the best medium sized bus operator is a great accolade and makes the hard work involved in running Britain’s best bus services, so worthwhile”.
Judges commendation: “The principal reason why our judges identified the winner in this category can be summed up by one word… quality. It is a company with enviable reliability and punctuality records which are consistently well above average expectations. It’s not the only reason why it has won, but it is certainly important that it pays particular attention to looking after its staff and, as a result, has one of the lowest turnovers of driving staff in the UK.”
