Guild members victorious at UK Coach Awards

 Members of the Guild of British Coach Operators were recognised for their quality service at the UK Coach Awards on May 4th, winning a series of prestigious awards including the star title:

 Top UK Coach Operator – Maynes Coaches of Buckie and runner-up The Kings Ferry

 Top UK Coach operator – medium sized fleets:  Maynes Coaches first, with Reays Coaches as runner-up

 Top UK Coach operator – large fleets:  The Kings Ferry, with a bronze award to York Pullman

 And in the people awards, Guild members were again recognised:

 Top UK Coach Touring Driver - Adrian Waine - Pulhams Coaches

Unsung Heroes Award - Joan Johnson - Johnsons Coaches

Young Coach Industry Professional - Richard Johnson

 Meanwhile, Galloway Travel won the bronze award in the Coach Marketing category.

 Guild Administrative Director said “These awards demonstrate the exemplary standards that Guild members achieve and we offer congratulations to all the winners”.

Maynes awards Pictured:  Judith and Holly Mayne with the award for Top UK Coach operator – medium sized fleets.  At that stage they had yet to learn they’d also won the overall trophy as top UK operator!
