Raising a Laugh!

Eddie Brown Tours recently joined the fundraising efforts of the ‘All Tooled Up’ naked charity calendar for a number of good causes.

“We thought it would be good to enjoy a little fun during the first few weeks of Winter” said Tour Director Deirdre Brown. “We were delighted to lend our support and sponsor local fund-raising efforts for charities including ‘Help the Heroes’ and Yorkshire Air Ambulance”.

“It was surprising to see which of our drivers decided to participate in the naked calendar and remove their usual working kit! Our two longest-serving tour drivers took up the challenge and our thanks go to John Sleightholme (in hat) and Mick Wilson (with suitcase) along with our chief engineer John Firth – all of whom laughed their way through the photoshoot”.

In all, over 40 willing models from builders and HGV drivers to anglers, bikers and even a shooting party stripped to their birthday suits for these excellent good causes. So far they have raised £7,000 for the charities – and calendars can still be purchased for just £9.99 plus £2.00 p&p by calling 01423 321246.
