10/04/2015 - Maynes team Commended In David Urquhart Travel Awards

Driver performance awards

Maynes Coaches have continually worked with David Urquhart Travel for the past 14 years, supplying Quality coaches and experienced tour drivers to undertake both short weekend and extended tours around both the UK and Europe.

For many years our Tour Drivers have received various Awards and Recognition for their services from David Urquhart Travel. This year is no exception with Mark Breslin and Kristopher Duncan both being awarded during the D.U.T driver performance awards 2014.

Following many commendations during the year Mark was been awarded the David Urquhart Travel Driver of the Year 2014 for East Scotland. Kristopher has also received a certificate of distinction from D.U.T for his efforts to ensure all his passengers always received a holiday to remember.

This is not the first time our driving team has been Awarded from D.U.T.  Our drivers have been awarded on several previous years for continually providing an excellent level of care to all our passengers. The driver awards are calculated from the scores compiled from David Urquhart's customer satisfaction responses, covering all tour drivers from throughout the U.K during the year. Customer service is paramount to both our company's and our teams and this is evident in the feedback from our customers.

Maynes Coaches are proud to be associated with David Urquhart Travel, since 2004 we have had coaches touring Europe in the recognisable David Urquhart Travel livery and this year is no exception as we renew our existing D.U.T liveried tour coaches with new 2015 VDL Futura 2 touring coaches. We are certain that our Company's constant high customer service as well as our professional driving teams efforts show why Mayne's coaches continue to be the benchmark in the Scottish coach industry. On a D.U.T tour David Urquhart himself said he was delighted by the service Maynes Coaches provide D.U.T passengers and that he appreciates the effort every Maynes driver puts in to give all his passenger's a "holiday to remember".
