Repeat order for Mercedes Benz coaches
After discussions at both the 2016 coach shows in both Birmingham and Dublin and following a visit by the directors of Maynes Coaches to Evobus HQ in Coventry this week, we have completed our second repeat order for three new Mercedes-Benz Tourismo coaches, which are all to be delivered in March 2017.
Ordered to the Touring and Touring Plus specification, the new coaches seat 1x 51 Touring exec spec and 2 x 49 Touring Plus with leather headrests and padded side bolsters. They all are to feature full touring specification with air conditioning, Bosch audio systems, wood effect flooring, pleated curtains. Power will be provided by the Mercedes-Benz Euro6 OM 470 engines paired with six-speed ZF EcoLife automatic transmissions.
Safety specifications within the vehicles include three-point seat belts. All three will be used on our touring commitments and increasing private hire clients. The three coaches will be supplied by Mercedes-Benz Coach Sales at EvoBus (UK) and will be cared for by Mercedes Benz service in Aberdeen and Nairn. #themayneway
