Epsom Coaches Group opens new Vehicle Service Centre
South Eastern and Metropolitan Traffic Commissioner, Chris Heaps, recently opened Epsom Coaches Group’s new Vehicle Service Centre by unveiling a commemorative plaque. The Centre compliments the Company’s existing vehicle service facilities and provides state of the art equipment and the finest working conditions for its 16 strong service team. The new facility was created from a former heat treatment factory acquired by the company in 2002. The premises have since been totally refurbished and updated to provide ideal facilities for all sizes of PSV, including 15 metre and double deck vehicles.
Steve Whiteway, the Company’s Commercial Director commented, “we were delighted that the Commissioner agreed to open our new facility, which we combined with a MacMillan coffee morning, to raise funds for cancer care. We firmly believe in providing the best conditions and equipment for our Service Team and the feedback from both visitors and staff has been very positive. The redevelopment has also provided additional stores and training facilities for the group”
